The galley style kitchen offers high functionality while entertaining family and guests and includes a dining table that seats 6 comfortably. This cottage can sleep a maximum of 8 adults with 3 bedrooms, each with a queen bed. You will find there is lots of room for you to spread out. And just in case, for those overnight guests, you can always drop down the two futons in the living room for additional bedding.

The Space
Our cottages are located right along the Nottawasaga river at Beach Area 1 and are about 5 mins walk to the main beach, where all the shops, events, nightlife and activities are. You have the best seat in area.
Guest Access
For outdoor spaces, guests have access to the deck attached to the cottage plus the seating & fire pit area near the river infront of the deck.
There are also 4 parking spaces at the end of the driveway.
The Dock is shared
Interaction with Guests
Beach1 staff is available if there is an urgent matter. Our office is located down the road at 160 Main Street, Wasaga Beach. "Beach Club".
Other Things to Note
The property has 2 other cottages on it, so there will be some shared outdoor spaces during your stay.
Getting Around
Bus routes are 30 seconds walk from the cottage. You're in the heart of Beach Area 1, and can virtually park your car at the property for the weekend and enjoy your entire stay by walking to almost everything you need.
